How is raising a girl different than raising a boy?
Q. So I've got four boys already,ages 14, 10, 8, and 6 and I'm expecting a girl in just a couple of months. I've heard that girls are harder and I've heard that boys are harder. I mean, of course every child is different and I'm sure that it is impossible to generalize, but are there some things that are consistent to girls? You would think that I would remember my own childhood to be able to compare it to my sons, but I guess I'm just having a hard time visualizing this from the parent's perspective.

A. I am raising twin girls (8-months) and my stepmom is raising her son (11-months). My brother is way more bosterious than my daughters. He lets us know he has found it voice LOL. My daughters are happy with soft dolls and colourful/light up toys where-as my brother would much rather have a load of cars and action figures. My brother is more active, he is walking around where-as my daughters are still crawling - and he doesn't know when to be careful and when not to. One of my daughters will happily sit in front of the TV and watch literally anything. Just wait till she comes along and she will show you the person she is.
